If we had to choose just one, it would undoubtedly be the essential oil of fine lavender, also known as True Lavender or Officinal Lavender.
It has an exceptionally delicate scent. This essential oil is renowned for regulating the nervous system and for its calming and soothing properties in cases of stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Food supplement

Ingredients : Pure essential oil of Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia)
Family: Lamiaceae
Producer organ : Flowering tops
Extracted by complete steam distillation.

Composition for 6 drops : Lavandula Angustifolia Mill. - 175 mg

1 ml = approximately 29 drops

Directions for use : Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral tablet (or sugar, honey). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take undiluted by mouth or mix with water without a carrier. Do not apply essential oils to mucous membranes or eyes. In the event of contact rinse thoroughly with clean water and contact a doctor if necessary. In the event of accidental ingestion: contact the Poison Control Centre. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Safety precautions: Keep out of reach of children. It is advisable to carefully follow the advice and instructions for use of essential oils from a pharmacist or doctor. Do not use on children under the age of 7, pregnant and/or breast-feeding women and people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions or with heart failure. Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice. Store away from heat and light in its tightly closed bottle. Close tightly and keep closed after use.
