1. Create your customer account and log in
With your customer account, you can retrieve your personal details (name, address(es), telephone number, etc.) without having to re-enter them. You can always change them if necessary. Your personal space also allows you to place orders quickly or consult your order history.

How do I create my account?
Creating an account takes just a few clicks:
- Click on CONNEXION at the top right of all the pages on the site.
- Click on ‘No account? Create one’.
- Fill in the fields indicated then click on REGISTER.
- You will receive an e-mail in your inbox confirming that your account has been created.
I've forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. Enter your email address. You will receive a new password in your inbox. You can then change this password in your personal space. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check the Junk or Spam section.
I've changed my postal or email address. How do I change it?
Go to your personal space with your current login details. Once logged in, click on ‘INFORMATION’ to change your email address or password. Click on ADDRESSES if you wish to update your postal address. You can then choose to create a new address and delete the old ones.
2. Placing an order
How do I place an order?
To place an order: Fill your shopping basket with the products that interest you. You can add a product to your basket by clicking on ‘TO CART’. You can also search for a product using the search bar indicated by a small magnifying glass at the top right of the site. Once you've finished shopping, click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the site. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the box provided. If you don't have one, leave the field empty and click on ORDER. Then follow the instructions, log in to your customer area or create an account.
Choose your delivery method, then your payment method. Check your details and finish by clicking ORDER again at the bottom of the screen. If you are stuck on the delivery method, it may be that your telephone number is not indicated in the compulsory field in the address you have chosen. In this case, create a new address with the Telephone field filled in.
This technical problem may occur on accounts created before July 2020. Please call us if you need help.
Is my order registered?
You can check that your order has been placed by clicking on ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS in your customer area. You will also receive an email confirming your order and payment at the email address you provided. If this is not the case, please check that the email is not in your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder.
I would like to cancel or change my order
To cancel or modify a previous order, please contact us directly by telephone on 04 75 04 37 26 or by email at [email protected]. Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5pm.
I have a promotional code, how can I use it?
To take advantage of your promotion code, simply enter it in the field provided in your shopping basket. If you don't have one, leave the field empty and click on ORDER.
My payment is not working
If you pay with a foreign bank card, our bank card payment solution may refuse your card. In this case, you can choose the Paypal payment solution, even if you do not have an account.
A button with ‘Payment by card’ will be proposed to you and you will be able to pay your purchases this way.
If the problem persists, please contact your bank and check that internet payments are not blocked or capped.
3. Delivery and deadlines
Do I have to pay delivery charges?
For mainland France: Postage costs are €7 for home delivery by Chronopost. They are free for purchases over €79 in mainland France only. Delivery costs are €5.50 for delivery by Mondial Relay. They are free for purchases of €59 and over in Relay Points in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg only. For French overseas departments and territories or international deliveries: the contribution to delivery costs is calculated by the site according to the weight of the parcel and the country of destination. I would like delivery abroad
We deliver to every country in the world. You must choose the country of delivery when placing your order, when selecting the address. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the country of destination. VAT may or may not apply depending on the place of delivery.
What are the delivery times? Delivery times are given for information only and may vary depending on the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. With Mondial Relay: delivery to a relay point within 4 to 10 days. With Colissimo La Poste: home delivery within 48 hours For these methods, all orders placed before 3 p.m. are processed the same day (Monday to Friday). You can track the progress of your parcel using the tracking number sent to you by email. There may be a delay between us sending you the tracking number and the carrier activating tracking. In this case, please wait one day and try again later.
What should I do if I haven't received my parcel, my parcel is missing a product or there is any other problem with my order?

4. Package packaging
Are the particles used to cushion my parcel environmentally friendly?
We pack our orders with the utmost care. The corn particles you may find in your parcel are biodegradable and not made of polystyrene. However, you may find bubble wrap in your parcel if you have ordered glass products that require protection to prevent breakage.
We try to adapt the size of our parcels as much as possible to avoid over-packaging.
