A white beer born from the union of a Weissbier (wheat beer) recipe, the gentle touch of kaffir lime, and a natural lavender aroma. The fermentation process uses a special yeast that enhances clove ester notes, creating a unique and refined taste.
Handcrafted, unfiltered, and unpasteurized, brewed by artisan brewer Teddy Bière in Ardèche.
